Ilya works as a trauma surgeon in a hospital. While on the move, he saves the life of a man who is trying to get compensation from a surgeon for broken ribs. This is the least of the doctor's troubles. Saving the life of one of the patients, Ilya has to marry the girl while she is sleeping. Having good intentions, the main character hides the son of an official in the hospital in order to knock out the latest equipment, but when the deception is revealed, Ilya is kicked out of work and deprived of his license. In the whirlpool of events, Ilya does not lose humor and confidence in his abilities and defies all troubles to spite his enemies.
